Webster University starts its activity in Uzbekistan
A series of meetings and negotiations have been held with the leadership of the University of Webster in St. Louis (Missouri), within the framework of the implementation of agreements reached following the visit of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to New York in September 2017.

An agreement on cooperation signed with Webster University, in particular, provides for the basic principles and conditions for the establishment of its branch in Uzbekistan, including the launch of the TESL program jointly with the Uzbek State University of World Languages.
Tashkent State University of Economics, Tashkent University of Information Technologies and Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages were also involved as partners for the implementation of the program.
It is expected that Webster University will be the first American University to open its representative office in Uzbekistan.
