Volkswagen becomes official sponsor of Pro League of Uzbekistan
Car-giant Volkswagen has become the official sponsor of Uzbekistan Pro Football League (PFL).
UzReport, holder of media and commercial rights of the Pro League inked a trilateral agreement with PFL and Jizzakh Auto on Monday.
In accordance with the agreement, Volkswagen is to contribute to the development of football in Uzbekistan. The brand is set to take its place in all Pro League broadcasts, commercial banners during events and meetings, as well as in commercials and media products.
Volkswagen has been implementing major projects around the world aimed at popularizing sports, in particular football. The brand is the official sponsor of the European Football Championship EURO-2020, which is due Summer of 2021.
