By the end of the 1st quarter of 2021, digital transformation projects will be implemented in 29 model districts and cities. At least 5 percent of the total funds of investment projects, as well as international financial institutions, foreign government financial organizations and donor countries will be directed to the “digital” modernization program. In accordance with the Decree, the “Digital Department” project will be implemented in the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications and the Ministry of Justice, as well as in their affiliate bodies. From January 1, 2021, all administrative procedures and operational processes will be transferred to paperless electronic document management and office work.
