Uzbekistan suspends activity of 1924 entertainment establishments
The State Tax Committee, interior agencies, and the National Guard will enforce the rules. A violation will lead to legal consequences.
Uzbekistan’s special coronavirus commission has decided to close all public entertainment establishments. The ban applies to Spas and massage parlors, Cafes, Discos, and Playgrounds.
A total of over 1,900 establishments will be closed. Mass wedding ceremonies will also be banned, starting from March 23, with the number of guests limited to 17. The State Tax Committee, interior agencies, and the National Guard will enforce the rules. A violation will lead to legal consequences.
